How are your products made?
Everything is printed on demand. We make your item after you place your order, using print partners that produce and ship it for us. Nothing sits in a warehouse.
How long does it take to make my order?
Production usually takes about 2–5 business days. Shipping time is added after that. See our Shipping info page for estimates. These are typical times, not guarantees, and busy seasons such as the holidays can take longer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because each item is made to order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order before it goes into production, but not after.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We mainly ship to the United States and can ship to many other countries. Shipping options and costs for your address are shown at checkout.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Returns and exchanges
What if my item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a refund.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit or I changed my mind?
Because every item is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or a change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
What if my package is lost?
If tracking shows no movement for a long time, or your package never arrives, contact us and we will help sort it out with the carrier.
Sizing and care
How do I choose a size?
Each apparel product page has its own size chart. Fit varies by product, so check the chart for the item you are buying.
How should I wash my shirt or hoodie?
Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print. Mugs follow the care notes on their product page.
