This Privacy Policy explains how Long Body Club ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or buy from our online store. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you provide it), order details, and anything you write to us, for example through the contact form or email.
Payment information: payments are processed by PayPal. You pay on PayPal's systems, by PayPal account or by card. We don't receive or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as your name, email and the transaction amount.
Information collected automatically: when you use the store, our platform, Shopify, collects device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

To process, make and deliver your order, and send order and shipping updates.
To answer your questions and provide customer support, including replacements and refunds.
To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
To understand and improve the store.
To send marketing emails, only if you have signed up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, and only as needed:

Shopify hosts our store and processes order and customer data for us.
PayPal processes payments.
Printify and its print partners receive your name, shipping address and order details to make and ship your products.
Shipping carriers receive the details needed to deliver your package.
Authorities or other parties, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or prevent fraud.

Each of these providers handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

Our store uses cookies that Shopify needs to run the store, for example to keep your cart and process checkout, plus cookies that help us understand how the store is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, the store's cookie banner. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the store from working.

International transfers

We are based in Israel, and our service providers may process your information in other countries, including the United States. When we transfer information, we rely on our providers' safeguards for international data transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We delete or anonymize other information when it's no longer needed.

Your rights
