Overview

This website is operated by Long Body Club, run by Ziv Koren, a sole proprietor based in Israel ("we", "us"). By visiting the store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

The store and our platform

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payments are processed by PayPal, and products are made and shipped by print-on-demand partners, including Printify. Your use of their services may also be subject to their terms.

Products

All products are printed on demand and made to order. We try to show colors and designs accurately, but colors can look different on different screens, and small variations in print placement and color are normal for printed products. Product availability may change.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been paid. Taxes, shipping and any applicable duties are shown or explained at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account and conduct

You agree to give accurate information when ordering and not to use the store for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to misuse its content.

Intellectual property

The designs, text, images and other content on this store belong to Long Body Club or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission. Buying a product doesn't transfer any rights in the design.

Third-party links

The store may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the store is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.
